Good location, but very unwelcoming so far….the facility has potential but not being used. The entrance is very boring and unwelcoming. My brother moved into Cedar Creek Health Campus. It is a bright and airy environment. The facility is clean and comfortable.

My parents were in the Park Place rehab facility in January. My father needed assistance with getting dressed and the staff refused to help him. Every time my mom came to see my dad the nurse would tell her to go back to her room.
We chose this place because it's rated very highly. Our loved one was basically healthy but was unable to stand up without help. We chose the long term care and within 2 months we were planning a funeral. No one will ever know what exactly happened and why or if it could have been avoided. We currently offer Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services on an outpatient basis.

Staff was pleasant to your face but extremely rude when facility was called. Concerns were voiced to the hire ups with lots of apologies but no change in staff behavior. Overall, I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy even they deserve better care.
